About Us

Bald Eagle Point is a relatively new residential community of luxury homes located in Eagle, Idaho. Located just north of the Boise River, just south of State Street. Many of the homes are still under construction but the amenities for the most part are available for the enjoyment of the current home owners. Pool and hot tub, fire pits, pickle ball court, kids play area, beautiful water feature and pond, and walking trails along the river area in a nature preserve area maintained by the City of Eagle.
